Most "EVIL" villian

Who do you think is the most evil villian from a Disney Animated Movie? This is not your "favorite" villian, but the most EVIL villian. I have included 'other' as an option if you have someone else in mind (please let us know who).

My vote goes to Scar from "The Lion King". He killed his own brother, and tried to have his nephew killed!!

I had her on my list at first, but cut her at the end. I probably should have included her. Oh well, that is what "other" is for!

I chose Frollo because, hello, he wanted to kill entire groups (gypsies) of people just because he was obsessed with one (Esmerelda). Plus keeping poor Quasi locked up AND killing his mother AND trying to kill Quasimodo! EVIL! EVIL! EVIL!
