Most elegant resaturant at WDW?

We were there last week and we really like Jiko's, California Grill, Citricos and Artiste Pointe. All of them had good service and great food. Cali grill was really loud, while Jiko's was the quietest. At Citricos we were next to a large table with an extended family. Unfortunately we were next to the six bored grandchildren, while the adults chatted at the other end of the table. When the grandfather toasted the children for being well-behaved, my 13 yo niece threatened to go tell him how mistaken he was. Except for the children, I would pick Citricos for best all round food, services, ambiance plus fireworks.

Bistro de Paris was lovely. The food was excellent as was the wine, the servers were very attentive, and it was quiet.
California Grill also had very good food and drink, but it was definitely noisier than BdP.
We're anxious to try Victoria and Albert's.

I am interested in your opinions also. My parents are paying for accommodations for our crew to go to Disney for their 40th anniv. I would like to have an adult only meal at someplace with a nice atmosphere and good food. Originally I was thinking Cali grill, but after reading people's comments about noise and the fact that our rooms are MK view in BLT I think I would like someplace with more atmosphere. Where would you go for this kind of celebration?

Perhaps Shula's(Swan or Dolphin, I don't remember which). I have never seen any children in there. I think for atmosphere Bluezoo is the best(with the exception of V&A). Bluezoo has very good ambience - darker and cozy, even though the scope of the restaurant is quite large. If I had to choose a restaurant other then V&A to celebrate a 40th wedding anniversary, I would choose Bluezoo. In general, I would say that all Disney restaurants are loud, even the 'fine dining' restaurants. Disney is a family vacation mecca, so it is difficult to avoid this. Shula's is very expensive. I believe Bluezoo caters more to the convention crowd, so it is more quiet and adult oriented.

25th Anniversarry Citrico's, they provided free wine pairings and had us sitting off to the side. Service was excellent and the food prepared as we asked.
30th Anniversarry Artist Pointe, went around 8 so it was starting to quiet down. We had an excellent meal, great service.
