Most economical way to transfer luggage from BWV to SOG

Opinions please--need to find an economical way to transfer luggage for 13 people from BWV to SOG. Have never used a taxi while at WDW, and was wondering if it would be less expensive to just rent a car or try taxi cab?
I appreciate any help you can offer--thanks!

A taxi would be cheaper than renting a car (and faster than going to get the car then drop it off.) BUT you will not fit 13 people and their luggage into even the big taxi van.
Can a few people take all the bags to SOG then meet the rest of the group at a park?
Or you could get 2 taxi vans.

It was approximately $20 from the Boardwalk to the Grand Floridian in a van (taxi van is same cost as taxi car.)
