Mosquitoes?

What's the outlook on mosquitoes and other biting insects for next week? Are they around yet? Leaving for OKW on Saturday

While you sleep OKW sprays for bugs at night. I have never experienced a problem with bugs of any kind at OKW. There was one time we were on the back porch pretty much all night with the light on talkiing with our guests and this large bug about the size of a small air plane flew down into the light then flew off. Never saw any bugs except that one bug in 17 vacations at OKW. You do see more lizards and rabbits then bugs at OKW. The lizards are small little black one that run all over the place, they do not bite by the way. The rabbits are rather tame fellows.

Thanks, we haven't seen many either except the last time we were there in June and they were vicious on the boat ride to DTD.

We just got back and we all got bitten up. At least a handful each. It was the first time that we had ever had that happen at WDW and we normally go in the summer!

Isn't it funny how everyone can have different experiences. We just got back on Sunday from a stay at BCV and I didn't notice any mosquitos. I was on the lookout too as we had so many last October.

We were there last week.

I got one on my leg while we were waiting for the boat from MK after the Wishes fireworks to go back to VWL.

I was the only one in the family who got bit. My luck, I guess . . .

Thanks, everybody. I guess I'd better pack the insect repellant. Counting the minutes until we're there!

Watch out..mosquitos may be on the way....if some CM suggests they stop spraying to save dollars the same way it was reported that a CM suggested turning off the A/C in the evening for ride que's and got rewarded for it!!
