Thanks for the new replies. Since the time that I posted the original thread we decided to buy a house instead of building. Previous threads I have written talkied about my horrid neighbor and we decided we will not spend that kind of money only to hate where we live. Still have not purchaed a home but since there are new replies I thought I would post.
