Morrisey at Hard Rock in July

After reading the post about Britney playing the HOB, I thought I'd have a look for when we're going in July.
They never usually get any big names in the height of the season, but to my surprise, Morrisey is on!
Not sure whether we're going to see him, as our DS wants to go and see the New York Yankees match in Tampa on the same day!
Although, DH doesn't fancy- to quote " a 5 hour round trip, to watch a rounders match!"

Cool. We saw Diana Ross last month and we are out there again to watch Meatloaf at the end of August.

Good Venue - recommend the seats downstairs for atmosphere, but all have a good view.

Oh you should go!!!! I've seen Morrissey live loads of times and it's always a great night! His vocals are excellent live and he's always very witty.

Im a little disappointed looking at the HR Orlando website. June is an absolute pants month for the acts appearing

This month had live renditions of Dark Side of the Moon and Hotel California albums, plus the Arctic Monkeys and Nelly Furtado.

June has....wait for it....Lisa Lampanelli Little River Band And the classic album is Sgt Pepper by the Beatles....not my cup of tea. The only act I have hard of is Asia (an 80s band, right? )

Oh well, cant have everything I suppose (although I woulda really loved to have seen the PF and Eagles sets).

We are looking to get the tickets for Morrissey in August too. I couldn't make head nor tail of the seating chart though

We come home on the 27th so miss Meatloaf. Seeing him in 2 weeks at Sheffield arena but would have loved to see him at Hard Rock. Have you seen him live before? this will be our 6th time, outstanding live.

just had to chime in while scrolling past - had tickets to see Morrissey twice...he cancelled each time on our way to the concert

Not sure if it was a fluke or he just hates Pittsburgh...good luck in seeing him.

No not seen him before. Good to hear he is good live. The tickets came about because we were out there last month when the tickets came on sale. We bought them even though we did not have any plans to be back in Orlando in August - let alone any flights booked etc.

Flights and the villa are now booked though - that makes it a damned expensive concert...!! However with the added week and a half of sunshine, burgers and all kind of makes up for it.
