Morocco

My DH and I are planning to go to Morocco this summer while our kids are at camp. Has anyone been? I've gotten overwhelmed planning the trip and could use advice.

My parents went about 5 yrs ago. The biggest advice is not to fly on Air Morocco. They used a private tour guide who was also an acquaintance of my stepdad's for 15 yrs. (Their guide said he would take them to Fez or Marrakesh, but not both and he refused to drive in either.) They have also mentioned to consider your comfort with shared bathrooms when making your hotel reservations. Do you have any specific questions do you want me to ask the next time I talk with them?

DH had a work trip there a few years ago-I still regret not joining. I’d consider researching on a more travel specific forum than here.

I have not been, but that is one trip I would love to take! Did you try watching some travel videos on YouTube? Sometimes you can find some helpful videos.
