Mornings of EMH PM

Is a park more crowded in the morning it has an evening EMH? Or do folks tend to come later because it's open later?

I am one of the first to reply to this question, and I am sure you will get many who disagree....our experience last June/July was that mornings at parks with PM EMH were not any more crowded than a regular opening day and less crowded than AM EMH mornings. We had always been an AM EMH family; but going in the heat of summer and trying to be up so early every day, we worried we would exhaust ourselves. We did opening at parks with PM EMH and it worked really, really well for us at a very busy time. Another plus, is that bus service was not as crazy as it can be for the parks with AM EMH...you could always tell at the bus stop which park that was and it was nice to get on a non-crowded bus away from the masses. We were at CBR, but I imagine it would be similar at most resorts on property. We did not have hoppers, so we would do all we wanted in the morning, go back to the room for the afternoon (rest, swim, etc), and then we would enjoy the PM EMH park. We would head to the park around 5 and crowds were large in the park (again we missed these on the bus), but we were able to enjoy many shows and great ambience and often we were even able to snag a late day fast pass. I know many will disagree with this strategy, but it suited our touring style, and worked well for our family.

Thanks! I had already decided what parks to go to on what day and then realized one of them had late hours. (Plus I was trying to give ourselves a morning without the EMH AM crowds.)
