Morning Transport Question... (Pop -> Poly -> Epcot???)

Hi All!!

Have a quick question! I am staying at Pop in December, and on the day I am doing Epcot I want to have breakfast first at the Kona Cafe. What I am thinking now is a cab from Pop to Poly, then Monorail to Epcot. Does that make sense. Could I take a bus from Pop to MK, then monorail to Poly? I am thinking an early breakfast res, like 7:45-8am so I would like to go the most direct route. Any suggestions and anyone know the price of a cab from Pop to Poly?

Cab price will probably be in the $10-15 range with a tip.

You could take a bus to MK and ride the monorail around to the Polynesian, assuming the bus is running to the MK early enough to make your breakfast.

When done at Kona, remember you can walk from the Polynesian to the TTC to catch the monorail to Epcot, if you don't want to ride the monorail all the way around.

When we were at the Polynesian we found that the first monorail started running at 7. This was the resort only one. I would think you would be fine if you got a bus to MK and took the monorail to the Polynesian. I would take a bus around 7ish just to be safe though.

The early morning breakfast busses start running about 6:30 to the MK area. When you get on the bus, tell the driver you need to get to the Polynesian. He MAY be able to take you directly there if he has time. If not, as another poster said, the resort monorail starts at 7AM.
