Morning Skyliner Ideas; Coffee - Other interesting things

We are planning a trip to Disney in September that will include 1 day in Epcot. We notice that the park doesn't open until 11am (10;30 for resort guests). We are morning people and will be up bright and early so are thinking about taking the bus from our hotel to Hollywood Studios park and then riding the skyliner around until it is time to go into Epcot. We would love any suggestions about what to do for around 3 hours in the morning along the skyliner route. Best coffee place ideas? Other fun and interesting things to do?

Riviera has a coffee shop but I don’t know what time they allow boarding of the Skyliner at DHS nor what time they allow people to ride from CBR to Riv.

And it will not occupy 3 hours. Have you considered breakfast at topolino’s?

Riding the Skyliner around that time of morning will have you contending with crowds going to DHS. You'd also have to get off and re-board at certain points, again contending with crowds. I second the suggestion of booking breakfast at Toppolino's Are you staying at CBR? You can walk from there. Alternatively, you could do breakfast and Trattoria al Forno at the Boardwalk.

There is a definite possibility they wont let you on the EPCOT/Rivier Skyliner route in the morning without and ADR. i ran into this around 9 AM when i was staying at Pop and just trying to get coffee at Riviera.
