There is a show every morning, I think my favorite shows were done by Natalie and Carly, they were always having such fun. They tape The show very early in the morning around 5 AM, and then run it on a loop for the rest of the morning.

The cruises I have been where they had it were taped live at about 8:00 am either in D Lounge or the Promenade Lounge. We would go and watch in person. It also played on the loop on the TV after that.
It wasn't every day but seemed to be sea days. They may tweak it per cruise.
I guess they tape according to what their schedules will be and fit it in when they can. I remember two cruises where we went to the morning show live.
I think that Panama Canal cruises they tape with a live audience "later in the morning" - like 7 or 8 am
Our Baltic cruise I think they taped very early, and on our 9 night Alaska cruise a few weeks ago, they did it at 5am. Carly was such a goof. On the San Diego to Vancouver cruise I am pretty sure that Darrin recorded them around 5 as well.
It's on the TV in your room (in the morning, basically) just talking about "stuff": upcoming events, what they did yesterday. Just a "good morning" show.
We were part of their live taping about the new Sweet Treats on the Fantasy in the afternoon one day. They just film and move on. I don't personally watch the morning shows. Too much other stuff going on with a toddler!
