Morning Plan with Space Mountain After Welcome Show

I would like to see the welcome show on September 10th (low crowd day). Would the wait be manageable for Space Mountain after that? Hope most people will be waiting for 7DMT.

I had a terrible time with that plan late June. It was a huge crowd running like a herd to space mountain. We road without a wait but the minutes getting there were the worst I have ever experienced in the parks. On a low attendance day, I'm sure it will be fine, but I will never make that plan again.

we had a similar experience last week. A huge crowd sprinting towards SM. Able to ride once with minimal wait, but by the time we got off, it was up to an hour wait. We tried the same plan again a few days later only to find that SM was closed. It remained closed for about 3-4 hours.

You should be fine. There may be a crowd rushing to get there but I've never experienced a significant wait for Space Mountain close to park open.

MK has so much now that there should be the customary stampede but nothing crazy
