Need the umbrella ALL day today. We are suppose to get the "worst of Rita" in about an hour or so. Hope she isn't as strong as they think she might be. 3-5 inches of rain is expected. She is 100 miles ese of key west. Prayers for those who didn't evacuate, and those at home too.

No storms last night here. Everytime they head for Chicago they split and go above us and below us

We did have one yesterday morning about 9am, it got so dark it looked like 9 pm. It only lasted about 20 minutes, some thunder and lightening and rain. Then it go muggy. It is cooler today.

Oh I am so Jealous! We are still having hot humid weather here in S. Jersey! The weather man said we have a chance for a few thunderstorms today! Oh just where is Fall? Outside of that I have to do some cleaning this morning! I hope everyone has a great day!

Kitty, that rain felt so good. I hope you get it today.
It first started when I got off work last night. I stepped outside and the wind was blowing and it was just barely sprinkling. I just stood there for a few minutes enjoying it.
