My wife and I are undecided between Bongos or Morimoto for a Monday evening in mid-March. Does Morimoto get super packed that we have to make reservations? Or do they take walk ins all the time?

Last trip we made a Morimoto reservation at open table's site instead of WDW's site; very simple to do same day as they seem to have more seat availability than Disney.

Have you been to Bongo's before? It was crazy loud and the food was average. Morimoto was amazing. We have been 3 or 4 times. You can make reservations via the Open Table website. I'd go ahead and make a reservation to be on the safe side...no one likes to wait a long time to eat

Booked Morimoto's today on OpenTable when Disney's site didn't show availability near the time I wanted. Also, no $10/pp fee on Open Table.
