Morimoto Dinner & Edison Desserts - Does this work?

We have a 6pm reservation at Morimoto Asia for dinner (eating from the regular menu), and an 8:30 at the Edison for after-dinner drinks and desserts. Do you think this is enough time?

It's my first visit to Disney/Disney Springs so I'm not sure how long eating at most of the restaurants takes.

I think that is way more than enough time at Morimoto - we were in and out in an hour, and that was sharing a whole Peking duck! You could check out another spot like the Hangar Bar or the outdoor bar at Boathouse before your 8:30 Edison reservation if you end up with time to kill in between.
