Morimoto DDP Question

Looking to add Morimoto's to our ADR's. We have the DDP Deluxe. I was wondering how they portion the meals here since there is a lot of sushi on the menu. My DH would choose a few sushi options as a meal, but wasn't sure if that was allowed or if the sushi is considered an app.
