Looks like my namesake 
brokerage house has quite a bit of clout.
They lower the expectations for DIS a few pennies and 45 million shares trade hands in two days - about 4 times the normal amount and more shares traded than on any other two consecutive days since Aug 2002...
Perhaps everybody sold their stock to buy those nifty convertible bonds that Disney offered?
