Can you put more than one credit card (different names and card numbers) on the key card account for one room? Thanks in advance for your responses! :)

My friend used hers and I had to write her a big fat check at the end. Of course I could've just used my CC to charge instead of the room key....

Hope this helps!

No. It's one credit card per room. The charges are identified by the key that was used to make the charge, though. It's relatively easy to see who charged what item as you will get an itemized list at check out. You can also stop by the front desk at any time during your stay to request a list of "charges made to date".

Hi! This is not how it was explained to me last weekend at WL. Our CM gave me three key cards, explaining that I was to be #1, and my sisters were to be numbers 2 and 3. She started telling me that since I had put only one CC on file that all charges would go to my card. BUT, she then added that if we wanted to bring up other CCs for cards #2 and #3, then the charges from those room keys could be placed on those CCs. I stopped her from further explaining, because that trip was my treat. Since only my CC would be on file, I saw no need to have her explain any further. Make sure you ask at check-in about this.

You can only put one CC to guarantee the room charge but you can charge the dollar amounts any way you want to pay for it.

What you need to do is get a list of your room charges from the front desk the night before you check out. Each charge will be detailed as to what room card number made the charge (#1, #2, etc). Add up the individual charges on each card. Let's say you have $200 on card #1 and $500 on card two. You can go to the front desk and ask them to charge $200 to the CC of room key holder #1 and $500 to the CC of room key holder #2.

The front desk CM's do this all the time.
