More than one credit card for charges to room?

I did a search but have not been able to find an answer for this.

My adult daughter and I will be staying at POR in a few weeks. I reserved the room and put the deposit on my credit card and will use that card for charges to the room. She asked me if she could also put her credit card info in at check to use for her room key - that way she wouldn't have to take a credit card with her to parks.

Has anyone done this or know if it can be done?? Thanks in advance!

I did this a few years ago (3, I think). Stayed at POFQ with my grandmother and bff. They were able to put separate credit cards on each KTTW card. I hope it's still an option, because I'm going with my mom, sister and nephews in Sept.

We have tried to do this twice, at Boardwalk and Animal Kingdom Lodge. Both times it seemed to be done but when we checked our folio, all of the charges were on one credit card. It just didn't work. It was a real pain to get the charges reapplied to the correct card. At the Boardwalk, we found the problem and I spent a few hours in the lobby getting it "fixed". Then the day before we checked out, our folio still had all of the charge comingled and I spent another chunk of time in the lobby working it out. I do not recommend trying this - it doesn't work.

You can absolutely do this, my DBF and I did this on our last trip. Just arrange it with the front desk : )

When the new computers rolled over about two years ago, they were able to do it.

I have done it a few times at POR.

It was not an option this May at All Star Music.
That's funny, because we did it this May at All-Star Music (was there the 15th-20th). Maybe it depends on if the CM knows how to do it? It took an extra five minutes (we had three different cards), but we had no problems with it whatsoever. :)
