More Shuttle Questions...

I just called DCL and asked about taking their shuttles from the airport to Beach Club, then from Beach Club to the port, then from port to the airport.

They said that there are Mears (sp?) shuttles to take us to Beach Club and then from Beach Club we can use the DCL shuttles to port and back to the airport.

OK, has anyone used these Mears Shuttles to WDW before? We found the DCL shuttles/buses very easily. How do we find the shuttles over to WDW?

There will be 4 of us. Would it be cheaper to use a taxi to WDW then to pay for 4 of us to use the shuttle?

Hi DJ. This is only my opinion!! I've used Mears once about 5 years ago. It was a madhouse. If I remember correctly, they are right outside of baggage claim. A number of planes got in at once and the mob of people trying to get on the Mears busses was crazy. It was difficult figuring out which bus was going where. Fortunately, we were going to the Disney Institute and the wait wasn't too long....but for the more popular resorts the wait seemed very long. But, that is only my 2 cents. I hope very much that it all has changed for the better

The DCL busses are operated by Mears also. I'm not sure if the DCL busses are owned by Mears too.
