more ranting - pot holes

was it us or is the place riddled with them - we lost out 5 year old to one after he got thrown out when the pushchair went down and stopped - he strapped him in after that

Not in my experience, but surely you watch where you're going with a pushchair ? My pet hate at DLRP is the way some parents blithely slam puschairs into your ankles and act as though nothing happened. Brits seem the worst offenders for this.

Tell me about it! That and backpacks are the bane of my life. Most parents are terrific, even if they accidentally catch you they apologise but there's always one or two who suddenly imagine they are Boadacea and attempt to remove your anklebone. Backpacks are great I can see that but when you are only 5'3" it's very easy to get a camper van in the face!

Most people are careful, considering the passenger is rather special , but a lot of them used the chairs to get through crowds or queues.

It was the attitude that annoyed me (I'm sure that doesnt include you )
