More Maine questions -- do you know these towns?

The rental search is going hard -- can't find what, where, when we want it near Acadia. DH wants a lake with boats included. Found some interesting houses in Sargentville, near Sedgewick, Blue Hill and Deer Isle. Can anyone give me a description of these areas? Thanks.

They are all fairly close together, part of a peninsula called Blue Hill. They have some of the most spectacular sailing areas; some boatbuilders, old captains homes, stuff like that.
