So I am ready to put down a deposit on our stay.I had a few places I narrowed It down to just a few!:rotfl2:, and would you risk waiting untill the 27th of Febuary to do so? If It ment getting a better hotel. My #1 choice was the Double tree at the entrance to Universal,#2 the Holiday Inn at the Entrance to Universal,#3 the Holiday in on I-drive and #4 the double tree castel on I drive, there Is a #5 I think its the Ramada lake front? but they seem to have a pretty good repetation,#6 would be Days Inn International Drive then #7 Days Inn Convention Center International Drive, at #8 Monumental Movieland Hotel #9 Quality Inn Plaza on I drive and # 10 Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Studio City #11 Ramada Inn Convention Center International Drive #12Rodeway Inn International #13 Howard Johnson Intl Dr Orlando #14 Quality Inn At International Drive and #15 Holiday Inn Express Universal Orlando. The common themm Is there all on I drive, most are under a 100.00 or right around 125.00. Any thoughts on my choices good or bad,any problem with waiting untill the 27th?. IS there a diffeinet advantage any of them. Its a mouth full,I appreciate any help just some extra advice from my frieds here at Dis:goodvibes

We have stayed at the doubletree at the entrance to universal a few times and have never been disappointed and its a nice hotel but nothing fancy.
They have a starbucks in the lobby and by the pool area they have a place to buy pizza hut pizza and are some good places around that you can walk to eat and a big plus is you can walkto universal in 10 mins or take thier free shuttles :thumbsup2

:cool1: Pizza hut Is my favorit Pizza(not my Docters:rotfl2:) and we are up here In Seattle so we have starbucks all over the place, and be a little like home:). How did you book it?, did you put down a deposit?, and did you go through Dreams unlimted? I see they have a deal, and you can lay down a deposit to.But I could not read when they need It pay in full!.

Usually, if you book through the hotel, you pay a deposit and pay in full at check out. If you go through a travel agent (Dreams Unlimited), you'd have to contact them regarding when you have to pay in full

I have went thru AAA and hotels.com and with them we paid for the whole stay but The Doubletree will ask for a $100 deposit for incidentals like phone call and such and will be refunded to you at checkout

Fairfield Inn by Marriott on Canada Avenue is really close to I-Drive and clean and come with a free breakfast. Also get the Orlando magic card rate for 80.00 dollars a night. The Orlando magic card is free also.
