1. How much is too much? Can bell services accommodate most size orders? I'm not talking massive, but groceries for 8 days.

2. Besides Garden Grocer (not a fan), who do you recommend that has aisles built? Not crazy about making a huge list from scratch if there is someone I can click through. Or maybe create an order in Walmart app and print list for whoever we go with?

3. We could do a Walmart pick up, but is that a pain with bell services unloading all the luggage plus the groceries? And if our room is not ready...ugh.

Sorry. I know it is just groceries, but trying to minimize tge pain for everyone lol.

I am not aware of the size limit as I typically purchase seven days of groceries which includes lots of bottled water and other beverages. I use Publix/Instacart.

My biggest order was 8 bags through Whole Foods held with Bell services. My last trip I used Instacart, Walmart, and Whole Foods. Walmart mislabeled bags so things didn’t get refrigerated, and bell services misread bags so Whole Foods refrigerated items were left out all day. It was a mess. No compensation was asked for or given, so I had to reorder spoiled items through Instacart. Something to keep in mind.

What do you mean by aisles? Whole foods has departments set up.

That's what I meant by aisles like with Whole Foods departments. Some of the local delivery companies (third parties) just want a list and that is a pain.

Thank you for sharing your experience!

Just thought I would share my experience from 2021 when we stayed at BLT. A few days before we flew down, I opened the Shipt app and I loaded the BLT address in the address area and I selected my grocery store. I think we used Publix, but I'm not 100% sure? I took my time to fill my cart in the days before we left; it was nice actually. Every time I thought of something, I just opened the app and added that item to the cart. While it was a bummer that they didn't have departments, because I did it before we traveled, "shopping" through the app worked out. When we got to our gate at the airport and I knew our flight was good to go, I was able to ID a more accurate delivery window and I hit "go" in the Shipt app. When we landed at MCO, a shopper had already connected with our order, and we were able to start texting. I let her know when we'd arrive at BLT, and we were able to arrange for her to deliver our groceries right outside the DVC check in counter at BLT. It was slick!

I plan to do this again this year for our spring break trip. I'll load our grocery list ahead of time with the GF address. We are staying 1 night at AKL before we transfer to GF for the remainder of our trip. I figure we can live one night without our groceries, so I'll hit "go" on the Shipt order on the morning that we transfer to GF so we don't have to schlep groceries between AKL and GF. I'll figure out the best delivery window and where to have the Shipt person meet up with me.

Just another option for groceries and a "work around" if you're nervous about bell services. Plus, you won't have to tip your family for their help in lugging groceries to your room! 8-)

Regardless of what you do, I hope you have a magical trip!
