Are there more dreams granted during very crowded and popular park times? Like say, the week of July 4th? Or is it the same so your chances are decreased significally?
The dreams are the same (for instance 250 Dream Fast passes are given each day at each park). So you have less of a chance with more people. They even give out Dream Fast Passes during slow times when they're pretty much meaningless (except as a souvenir!).
Great question! I've wondered that myself. I kind of wish that the dreams changed based on attendance, but this way works too. I'll just have to dream a little harder!
I thought any of the prizes they give away are all set by a computer for the location and time to be given out, no matter if it's during a regular time of year or July 4th.

The number of prizes and frequency of the giveaways are controlled by computer and are completely random. Projected/Real park attendance figures are not part of the equation.
In other words, your odds of winning fluctuate from day to day -- and park attendance should have nothing to do with it.
