More disneyshopping.com woes

I placed an order of grumpy pj's, donald pj's, and a few ornaments on 11/25. I received the order this afternoon. Minus the donald pj's. Instead I got a dory pin

I'm on hold now waiting for a disneyshopping manager because apparently they are showing the size I ordered as out of stock even though it's available online.

It is frustrating isn't it? I am determined to write to them telling them my dissatisfaction, I am hoping others will too. I got my Donald & Mickey PJ's, I hope yours come soon. Good luck!
