Excuse the pun - but is this 'concrete evidence' to the new Harry Potter Expansion being specifically the 'London' setting from the movies?
Just spotted that the work on the new lakeside wall, very much resembles the design of riverside wall of the River Thames in London?? See below
even the 'semi circular holes' where the ring in the 'lions head' hangs is almost identical (See Below)
You will also see below that it looks like the 'lion' head and the 'lamps' will go on the plinths set at regular intervals along the wall of the 'river thames'
The design of the curves and colour of Brick work all look very like the river walls of London
