Either Sunday or Monday, Noelle and I are going to see Mamma Mia. The twins want to come too, but I'm not sure if it's appropriate for them. I read online it has some drinking, and a pair of bare male buttocks.
So, I'm not sure if I'll be taking them or not, but they do love the music.

Well, I might be watching the girls tomorrow night. My sis has a high school reunion to go to, my BIL is going out with a friend. I thought I'd be watching them at their house, which I didn't mind since they have a pool. But she told she'd like to bring them to my house since the reunion is being held close to my house. So, if they come Dad & I will grill a steak (the 2 of them love steak), have mashed potatoes & corn on the cob.

Other than that, I have nothing planned.

Hi all! I had a weird day yesterday. Slept kind of late, didn't feel that good. Found out that I would be watching Sammie, but Dana was going to sleep over a friend's house. Sammie wanted to go to a concert in a park near my house, my dad wanted to go too, so I told my sister it sounded good. Spent the afternoon lying on the couch, trying to feel better. Just didn't feel like eating anything, my stomach must have been reacting to the lunch I ate on Friday. (a take out chicken sandwich). So then my sister calls & says that Dana wants to come to my house. Fine. So they arrive about 5, my dad starts to cook dinner. As I'm helping them (I knew that I couldn't eat)), I had to run to the bathroom & I got sick. So they ate, went to the concert without me, and I slept on the couch. They got home at 10:45, we opened the couch, they went to sleep, I fed them breakfast, went to church & they were picked up about noon. I'm finally feeling better, and I am never eating that sandwich again.

I will. We are going to see it tomorrow. We figured it would be less crowded on a week day. All us girls are going to see Mamma Mia, and the guys are both going to see Dark Knight. Very stereotypical.

Ok, no more snow.

I don't know when I'll get to go back. Our April trip got canceled because of Ryan being away for his new job training and now it looks like August isn't going to pan out either. Ryan can only get days off at the end of the month and that would have the kids missing the first three days of school. While I think it's stupid that they go back for three half days right before Labor Day weekend, they are all going to new schools this year and I think being there the first few days will be important. Ugh I am so tired of being responsible- it's really not much fun at all.

Glad you're finally feeling better and I don't blame you for never eating that again. Do you think it's worth letting the place know how sick you got? Do you think it was food poisoning?

Beth, do you know anything about Hermosa Beach area?? My MIL and her mother are going to CA for a wedding and they have a bit of extra time but know absolutely nothing about the area. I said I'd ask you if you know anything.
