Not only are they in a rush, but my guide just told me they predict less than a year to sell out!!

I have a feeling that is a little over optimistic.

I just got off the phone with my guide who said that they are not in a big rush to convert the model and conference rooms (the ones they use for closings) because a large number of the add ons are expected to use MB and therefore the points will not be used this year. OOOOHHHHH, I'm so tempted!!!!

I am not a legal type. I am wondering how they can sell points before the offices are converted to guest villas, and declared into the condominium. I am sure I'm missing something, but on the surface it seems they are selling points they don't yet have. Perhaps they are selling thier 2-4%, and will replenish that with the offices/models.
