Moped Rentals in Grand Cayman?

Has anyone ever rented mopeds in Grand Cayman? If so where did you rent, and what was your experience? Non of the excursions give us everything we want, and the land is so flat, we thought this might be agreat way to do it all.

We've spent a lot of time on the Island (owned a timeshare) and we heard of a lot of scooter accidents over the years and even a death. The roads are fairly good but there are pot holes and drivers have less respect for scooter drivers or something. If you want to go it on your own, rent a car or a jeep. There are some really good deals out there probably not much more than a scooter! Car or Jeep Rentals

Also, scooters were everywhere in KW and Coz. We rented one in Coz for a couple of hours late in the day.

I am concerned about renting a car/jeep because I heard they drive on the left side of the road, and I am afraid that I would end up on the wrong side of the road, and cause more problems.

And you would not be worried about driving the moped on the correct side of the road???

OK here's how my mind works - on moped it would be more like a bicycle or walking, and your not travelling "in the lane" but more to the edge of the road - so a reaction would take me to the gutter - whereas, when I am driving my car, my reaction is to get on my own side of the road - the "right" side -

I guess you have to be there (inside my head, I mean)!
