PJ....I was reading back last night and DD saw your post and said "How old is she???" I think she thought you were her age. Maybe you won't ever look any older like Elisabeth! BTW...that Mickey dome looks yummy!

Marita....Get out that old moth-eaten swim suit sister! It's almost time for vay-cay! I like your menu choices. I'm going for the ribs at Flame Tree!

Moo....Are you sending out any more meeps info before Friday?

MommyP....Hope your baby is better today! Poor lil eye!

Twinkie....Are we outta colors? :confused3

Celery! Is it tonight that you leave at midnight???

DTD! Thanks for the recap! Feel better!

Whenever I make people guess my age I consistently get guessed at 17. Everyone tells me I'll appreciate it some day...
It's a good thing the school I teach at doesn't go through high school. I am forever being mistaken for a high schooler and, well, that could get confusing!

Sandy....you woke up waaaaaaay too early!

I'm still up - where is everyone!!

:rotfl2: Today on the local news station the anchor showed a Blockbuster online coupon - so last night his wife sent him to Blockbuster to redeem said coupon, popcorn, pop, and 2 movies - coupon was a HOAX! :rotfl2: They are razing him - so be on the lookout for a counterfeit blockbuster coupon!

morning.......okey .....everyone get their check lists......I do have to get myother purse here.....out of the closet....cause my columbia one is to long.....maybe I can shorten the strap....

I tried to sleep in but didnt.....then I have to clean the kitchen.....get a bag of my farmers cukes in a bag for my neighbor.......then hair lady comes (yup to my house) at eleven.....she is actually my regular hairdresser/friend and today is her day off ...but she is a GOOG friend and is coming to do me a doooo before I leave.....
I have to make sure medications for both of us and my testing thingie....and snack for the plane...in case I get wicked hungry.....or a sugar low....which ever comes first..

I have to do 16 individual baggies of Megara food.....I always do two extra in case we have to spend the night someplace else......three gallons of spring water......YES WE SPOIL OUR BABY.....I drink tap water and my baby has spring water. Then get her bed and she can go to the fat farm this afternoon......she was cold last night so picture a 60 lb dog in the middle of hubby and myself pushing ME out my side of the water bed......she is a bed HOG....
we leave our house tomorrow morning at three fifteen am and get to our sons at fourish and get to the airport in a few minutes......we take off at six am

Goood Morning Precious Angels!

So, in a mini-fit (invisible to the naked eye) I ripped the Aurora bodice off the skirt and am starting over!!!! Let's JUST say, that Aurora does not show THAT much cleavage...especially if she's 3. I think I've got it now though. I have to keep reminding myself that I'm doing this because the store-bought costumes are not as nice as homespun one's. Not as hot, not as scratchy, no one else has one just like it, plus Norah LOVES every thing I make. Which can and will take a turn for the worse in a few short years when she won't want to be caught dead in something mama-made.

Other than that, I'm doing the 4 more days dance! Which goes a little like this: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Pumba- My dogs drink hose water!

NO Nap For You!
Ha! I didn't sleep, but I did rest on the couch. Jeanie put my crocs on for me (while I was resting) and made me blow my nose. hehehe. She is so steenkin cute!
I ended up sleeping in the room with her last night. It got to be about 10 and she still hadn't fallen asleep and I was worried about her cuz she got really sad in the car when we went to get tammy.

but anyway.
we're both up this morning.
she woke up around 6:30 - which is unusual for her.
but I was already up.
who can sleep when it's almost mickey time?

we've started the disney marathon. yesterday was mickey mouse clubhouse. today is movie day. Cinderella is almost over. then it'll be aladdin time.
woo!

You said Chef Mickey's!!!!!! :yay:
Tell everyone there PJ says hi.
I'm also going to tell every mermaid and cat I see that PJ says hi! ha.
and then I'll get security called on me.
Big meals are wasted on me......... And I cant even get my measely 20% discount!!!!!!!!!

big meals are wasted on me too now. especially buffets.
but remember to bring cash and I'll pay for everything with my DDE discount and you can pay me back.

Top o the Morning to You.

Sorry Lexi- no more colors of the day. Yesterday however both twinks wore YELLOW. So far today they are still wearing jammies (pink).
They did learn rhymes to help them learn the color words.

Yellow, Yellow, Sat in Jello.

You have to love kindergarten. DS went to a Stephen Covey Magnet School so in kindergarten he learned to have meetings to evaluate every last thing they did. The class would gather for a "plus, delta" with the pluses being positives and the deltas being things they needed to change. (Heaven forbid that anything should be negative ever!) As a scientist I appreciated that he knew delta was short for "change" however as a mom the whole corporate carp-ola made me want to gag. Picture a bunch of cute little five year olds discussing synergy....:scared:

Now I on the other hand went to kindergarten in TN (greenest state in the land of the free). We learned the lyrics to Elvis songs as a part of our education. (Don't step, don't step on my blue suede shoes.)

However the crowing achievement is my little girls who are learning to chant witticisms such as

Brown, Brown, Your jeans fell down.

Stephen Covey is BIG here. Big I tell you!
Most Utah Peeps carry Franklin Quest Planners. I am one of them except I need an expensive "refill" so I wander around in circles wondering what I'm doing and where I'm going. But we do not inflict corporate cheese-moving upon 5 year olds.

Yellow yellow, kiss a fellow, on the way to Monte-bello

Morning All,

You guys were chatty last night. Spent some time with hubby last night. He is feeling left out I think. This will be the first trip that we have been a part.

P.J. -- thanks for cleaning that up about Mickey domes. They look yummy. And yes it is a good thing to look young. Nicholas teacher last year is really short and young looking so when she is in the play ground she is hard to spot.

UMA-- You are still sewing ....Norah is going to be the best dressed there. I will do the four day dance with you :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Pumba -- I would be afraid of a leak in the bed from her paws. My hairdresser is across the street so I will be heading there at noon too.

Celery-- So cute about Jeanie putting your crocs on. Hannah still does that if I lay on the couch I end up with blankets, stuff animals all round me and a new hair do....:lmao:

Sandy -- are you having a nap now? You were up pretty early this morning. Your going to burn yourself out before you get there.

Off to start the laundry....

Now it's alladdin time! woo! neither of us is watching it. just background noise. and dancing songs! woo!

After all, I took 3(including Tony Leslie, Dablue) that are almost as mature as Jeannie. Seriously, have a ton of fun and don't try to go too long. Convince her the tram is a great ride.
One highlight was not getting on CoP on Sunday because of the LINE. We rode in a nearly full theater on Thursday.
If the rest of you guys are anything like Mike, Jeanie is MORE mature! I'm not kidding about having put him in time out when he wouldn't leave Anthony alone. heh.
(Mike is Anthony's stepdad, for everyone else. And friend of Donald.)
and do you think CoP was crowded because the parks are so crowded? or do people like it again?
I'm planning on several rides on it - good nap and A/C spot.

I thought I might like to stop by the Glow Party that night to see if I could meet a few people before AK on Sunday.

Uma, is your hubby counting the Glow Party as one of your limited meets?

Also, I made a ressie to replace one that Cel canceled. So I think I am all set. We are eating twice at Prime Time Cafe. Hope hubby and I like it

I'm going to tryand make the glow meet.
And maybe we'll go to DTD that evening too -
Crystal got a 5 day pass, so as long as they're up for it, we're going to see spectro and wishes the night they arrive so we can leave MK earlier and go to the lego store.
I gave Anthony some maps of the parks - he decides to carry around the downtown disney one because it has the lego store on it. :headache:
maybe we should skip the parks all together and just leave him at the lego store?
and I'm sorry I cancelled it! I didn't think you'd want to go! don't hate me@

Celery! Is it tonight that you leave at midnight???
Yes! Only it might be more like 8. heh. I told Tammy this morning that there was no way we were waiting til 2 am to leave - more like midnight.
thirty minutes later she said "We won't make it til midnight either. I want to leave now."
ha.
she has to work though.
we leave our house tomorrow morning at three fifteen am and get to our sons at fourish and get to the airport in a few minutes......we take off at six am
It's coming so soon! woooooo!

ack. sorry about the aurora issues.
post a pic of norah. I want to show her to jeanie.
and I wanna see one of the dresses too.
but she tried to open something I got for Norah - so I had to tell her she can't cuz it's for our new friend Norah!

oh - and she tore one of the flowers off of sandy's daughter's present - so I had to fix that last night.
argh. Oh yeah - and she peed in the floor last night!
Now I on the other hand went to kindergarten in TN (greenest state in the land of the free). We learned the lyrics to Elvis songs as a part of our education. (Don't step, don't step on my blue suede shoes.)

She went to school in Memphis, not Franklin where I went.
Just to CLARIFY (tm).

And it'll be the best darn pooh twirly skirt ever!
and my homemade ariel shirt
and mickey shirt
and nemo shirt
hehehehehe.

Oh you poor baby! How will you know when it time to load up the dutch oven without your Franklin Quest Planner???? The chaos! You might be sewing during the time blocked off for "sharpening the saw".....

Today, after fingerpainting, we will have a plus/delta to discuss how embracing this month's core value of "begin with the end in mind" could have helped us to have a more enriching field trip experience. Taylor please stop making armpit noises. Everyone needs to bring their Junior Quest Planners to circle time to make preliminary notes on how we can improve our Data Notebooks for the student lead parent teacher conference next week. Alexandra, calling Addision a big fat poopy head is not expressing synergy.

Red, red, forgot his head.

hi nabbers!

poor riley. he's so good with jeanie.
she's nice to him one second, the next she takes his toy and yells "NOOOO! MINE!" at him.
and he just looks at her and waits for her to drop food.

but she tried to open something I got for Norah - so I had to tell her she can't cuz it's for our new friend Norah!

oh - and she tore one of the flowers off of sandy's daughter's present - so I had to fix that last night.
argh. Oh yeah - and she peed in the floor last night!

so you had a normal day? for me at least ;)

Does Franklin even have schools? or just mansions built to look like regular houses from the outside and gitchy little fake mom-n-pop shops so all the big country music stars can pretend to be real?

Yes, normal two year old stuff here.
and you just summed up franklin PERFECTLY! When was the last time you were here?
the "mom and pop" shops on Main street are now linen stores - cuz EVERYONE needs $400 sheets, right?

Just to clarify again, although I am from here, I am poor.

Goog morning, Sunshines!!

Could be worse. A friend of mine in college did her student teaching in kindergarten and two of her kids were taller than she. The half she did in first grade, there were six. She once flew with Eastern at 22 and they refused her a beer even though she had picture id. Flew free till Eastern went under.
Cel- we walked out of Buzz after a 5 minute wait and there was a line for CoP long enough to fill 2 theaters. Has to be love. Had walked on space mountain twice that morning. This was Sunday before noon.
BTW the seven pounds was a false high. Or sometning. Anyway, weight is below when we left by 1 and a half pounds. :goodvibes

dtd - that's so odd about CoP! Dangit! I was looking forward to non crowded naptime! ;)

IO forgot to say!

THANK YOU TWINKS FOR THE THANK YOU CARD!!!!
ha.

and just so everyone knows, she sent me and tammy a picture of a butterfly - so she has embraced her insect expertise! :rotfl2:

I have family in Franklin. And those $400 sheets are a goog deal... they would be $900 in LA. ;)

You don't need to thank me for a thank you card. Oh wait. Yes you do. They covered that in Cotillion. You are welcome. And the card had FLOWERs ya dork!

Congrats on the weight loss DTD. Now that is the way to do free dining.....

I cant wait to see Princess Nora - goog for you, now about the planner - make sure you plan time to rip every seam out... no, dont do that - the mistakes give it character - and cleavage at 3 :scared1:

:rotfl2: Thank you for the insight of your magnet school - ours is Glasser Method - he wrote a book, he initially worked with girls in prison - so he knows it works for all kids!! If you arent succeeding, we arent meeting one of your "needs"... Power, fredom, fun, loving(friendship, ie belonging) DD has the "POWER" need more than met trust me :rotfl2:

orange, orange...nothing goes with orange...

Last edited by TwinkieMama : Today at 08:05 AM. Reason: We need security on Main St, STAT. We have a crazy guest in a homemade twirly skirt accosting the characters!

:rotfl2:

YOU KNOW oops, cap lock off now, anyway, i posted about a tornado in Cape Coral Florida (Ft Myers) so my parents live there, 50 homes hit, I call mom ... "Mom, how is everything?" :rotfl2: "why" "well I saw on tv Cape coral ..." mom:rotfl2: tells my dad it made the news, and she cant stop :rotfl2: dad gets on the phone " we live on the 6th floor, she saw the 'pretty clouds' and went up to the roof to take pictures"
