Hi, I'm in beautiful Louisville, KY gettin ready for the state fair. I finally talked to Mike, the boss. He can use me the whole fair. Means I'll be able to pay for Disney. I saw a booth there that was sponsored by Dole with pineapple whips. Guess what. Only the name is exclusive. They go to a bunch of fairs.
Lil Grumpy, congrats on mass posting to get #5000. I will be your features reporter and get 'up close and personal' with the subjects.
UMA, glad Goofy got it together for ya. It'd be a shame not to get to go. I'll try to leave the place in one piece for ya. And as for talkin redneck, I've had my car worked on three times this week. My jaw hurts from talkin redneck.
Guess I better give Darrel his puter back. I'll check in durin the fair.

Yay to Disney money

Well, I just almost had a heart attack!!!

DH asked me to call this MRI place today to make him an appointment. They finally just called back now.
So I ask, about what will we have to pay out of pocket?
She tells we, well, the price is $1,786 for cervical, and $1,706 for shoulder. He needs both.
Then she says, our contract with Signa is for $550 for each (about)
So I am That is like $2,400 OOP!!!

But after some further conversation, it turns out that the $550 is what they charge Signa. and we pay whatever out plan calls for, like 20 or 30% of $1,100. Much better

The person said, I am sorry, I was speaking Insurance speak, that made me think of Celery, LOL!

they raised holy hades today here at the house....I could of rung their necks....I mean rotten to the core......so instead of me getting the last ya hooie......I told their dads and moms ......one rug rats mom (they live next door) well she called up and HE didnt hear the phone ring.....so he thought i was kidding....he started his voice at outdoor level and was screaming and having a great time.....I could not hear his mom but she sure heard him......he was grounded from the skateboard, the pool, my computer....super nintendo......Oh yah.....each was for some infraction......THEN
Supper comes and they are gone of course ......so hubby and I eat in peace and quiet and then we go to visit my mom......naturally she has been raising holy hades too....they warned us as we were walking in....OY OY OY....good thing I did this all in the same day.....got it out of my system.....or they got it out of THEIR system.......My mom sure can tell some tales........I mean from her having to call the police if that man comes and kicks her again........I saw her leg .....cant figure out HOW the heck he got his foot that high as he is in a wheelchair too......so she was sort of calm before we left......I am having my night snack and then I will read and head for the bedroom....I am EXHUASTED..
36 days for hubby and me to go to the house of the mouse......I can hardly wait......HONEST....

Sorry about the kiddos and your mom raising such a ruckus today, Pumba.

I have had a heck of a day too. Rough dentist visit - the dentist numbed me up so well that I didn't have any problems with the filling replacement, but it took hours for the anesthetic to wear off and it made me feel kind of yucky. So I went and laid down in my car for an hour at lunch time.

All better tonight! And now I'm going to have some ice cream.

The kids have been adusting ok-ish to school. Not zackly the smoothest transition this year, and I"m not sure why. I know we'll fall into a routine eventually.

I can neither confirm nor deny a new reporter job....

I really have no "idear" what went down, but no houses were morgaged, no drugs were sold, no money was laundered, no body part or fluid was sold in any way , no credit card was maxed (too badly), my first born is still here, so are my "valuables"....I so am not askin', I'm just thankful and happy it worked out!

So we spent the evening looking at old trip photos. The 10 brazillion of them from the last 4 trips to both DL and WDW.

I concluded I really need to stand up straighter and suck it in....for Pete's sake! We're budgeting for another Photo Pass CD and the halloween party.


OH!!! Norah's Alice dress is freakin' cute and it's done except the zipper. I'm having this church lady help me on it (which means "do it FOR me"). And the apron is being sent off to this e-b@y lady to embroider Alice onto it. For cheap!

Awww shucks. I'd like to meet you too. With our "big" vacation there was no way for us to come. We are planning on being there next year for sure. At least I will.
