I went to Chevron and got a big old drink!
If you are moving to the South, you must use this phrase appropriately. It is "ole," not "old."
ole* is a Southern word meaning "huge" or "honkin." It does not in anyway indicate the age of the item.

* Not to be confused with Ole - Wheatie Pie's middle name.

Sandy! Breathe in, breathe out.
panic attacks are ickypoo.

I'm ready to check out...

seriously, I hate being morose... but honest to PETE - ENOUGH is ENOUGH!

(1. got an email from the other class, for end of year party - they are doing a carnival afterschool $8 per kid... AND the leftovers will go to the kids on FRIDAY - PLUS an $80 gift certificate for their teacher (who is just a student teacher that got to take over for the teachers maternnity leave!) EIGHTY DOLLARS?? I've got the money, we collected $50 for 3 parties, and $25 went to that other room mom for their "Valentine/ Baby Shower favors!!) and the rest went to the party stuff!! I did go and buy some nice stuff from Bath and Body Works ($25) to put together a basket from the whole class - no way am I shelling out a $80 gift certificate! Great, the teacher already knows "I HATE HER" (um yeah, whatever...)

2. Yearbooks came out... not only did DD not receive hers (dh found the cancelled check tho!) her pic is NOT in there, NOR is her name - WTH? and yes, we got her picture taken, its sitting right here!

3.. I'm just really having physical difficulties, I think its partly panic attacks, and partly hormonal inbalances... but I'm not having any fun! Not like I'm entitled to have fun...

4. My mom and my brother make me so sad... I cant change them.. I cant even get them to listen to me... they just dont want me around...

sandy - I'm sorry! Wanna have a drink with me?
It doesn't make the problems go away, it just makes you care less! :rotfl:

LOL! I think we have that first one somewhere! I recall it's home was the toilet tank for smooth readin' for a while. ::yes::
On top of the toilet tank? Wouldn't that be horizontal surface clutter? :scared1:

Sandy-

Mony- Thanks for the update. I know how it is living on what I call "hospital time" which has no relation to real time.

Life is still crazy busy here. There isn't a whole lot of staying-home for this stay at home mom.....

Stay at Home Moms stay at home? :confused3

DH just got home and LOVES his new job! Today was his official first day.
It's going to be a nice change to have him come home in a good mood for a change! ::yes:: The trickle down theory of having him come home in a funk causing me to be pissy and defensive, rubbing off on the kids and pets (NO, not the pets, tree huggers!)

Were you too tired to get up or what!!!!!!!! I know it hurts. Tell Micheal to take care of you. What is this green rawhide you sent for my grandog??????
Are they safe? Tim, my prayers are with you and your family. Hello to every one else.

I too will add Tim to our prayer list.......know that we are a great group of people here that keep prayers going left and right......

Ouch on the fall, that sounds painful!

Hi, Celerymom

Mony, , keep us posted, we will be here for you!

Sandy, hang in there. Maybe you do need to get your hormones checked out like Wendy said. or just get a subscription for something. It sucks big time to be depressed (been there, done that! I know)

Wendy, yay on DH loving his job! :cool1: Yes, makes life so much better :thumbsup2

To those of you asking to talk about my Epcot outing today, it's not till FRIDAY! I will have the filet with risotto, I love risotto when it's made right. I tried some from a package from a store once, not a good idea!

Speaking of food, the wrotten cafeteria at work is shut down for 3 days because the are replacing some floor tile. So signs have been up for a while, stating that the grill will be down, but Grab 'N Go (meaning some salads, and premade (bad) sandwiches, some salads and maybe some pudding from the cooler would be available.
You would THINK that with all the advance notice, the G&G cooler would be well stocked, wouldn't you ? As that is the only thing to eat, except for some frozen food from a vending machine.

HA, WRONG! The had 4 sandwiches of one sort, and 3 of another and some uncrustables. NOT EVEN a SINGLE SALAD! No pudding or jello even! And to think Disney even subsidizes the operation (to call it a Mickey Mouse operation would be an insult to Disney)

Luckily DH brought home some fried chicken today, so I had a piece of that and some potato salad, but I am still kind of hungry, but I can't think of anything I want to eat.
Can you tell I'm hungry :rolleyes1

Does that mean your dog will have minty beathe Celery.

Sandy-- When is the last day of school for you? I hope the stress will be less then for you.

Hannah is going on yet another field trip two days before school is out. Poor Nicholas hasn't gone on any this year. They did a lot of in school programs though. This one will be to the zoo. She wants me to volunteer again....

UMA-- I am sure you will be talking southern in no time when you move there. I can hear you with that accent already. Glad DH loves his new job.

Steph-- only 3 days to go.....
