Moonlight Magic Reservations-help!

Got the email last night. Had 2 computers open and got in after about 20 min for 9/19. Whew!!! Good luck everyone!

Lucked out and got in for 6 on the 19th. I have two member numbers and the first one didnt work, so tried the other and that did work. Thank goodness. Stress. Stress stress.

I have three memberships two with perks and one without. When I put in the two with perks it says I do not have a reservation and when I put in the one with out it says I do not qualify for this event. I forgot that I made the reservation using the non perk points and I am now waiting to talk to member services. I wish I had booked my October trip with some of the other points (I really thought that I had originally but then a wait list came through to add a night with my AK points) The message on the phone states that moonlight magic is now full (I could just cry)

Got through pretty quickly and got 2 for 9/19. But all the screens were so slow. Was trying 2 different browsers on the laptop and on my phone. Just glad it is booked and I got a confirmation email. Although weirdly, the confirmation email has all Epcot in the pictures/icons, but the details are for Hollywood Studios in the body of the email.

What is weird is that if I booked a room with cash I could have got in today but because I booked with the one contract that was bought on resale I do not get to get in today ....
Still on hold with member services to see what can be done ... I have no problem swapping around points but honestly this is the first time I have had this problem booking the magic events.

Has anyone else had this issue

My phone would not let book, even though it was 9:00 am Eastern time, I got a countdown timer for 59 minutes. I went on my desktop and after waiting on a couple of slow loading pages I got my ticket for 9/19!

Oddly, it would not accept my member ID (said that I had no reservation - I'm staying on my brother's points). Yet, I had gotten the email. Fortunately, my brother was reachable by text and he gave me his ID. I had the browsers on my phone, iPad and laptop open. Got a server error on the phone, messed up by using my ID on the iPad and finally got thru on the laptop. Get reservations for the entire family! I don't think I ever tried this hard for anything Disney, ADRs and FPs included!

I also was trying to put in my membership number in the first space and my resort confirmation number in the second space. For those of you that are looking to book on 9/13, you only need your membership number, and you enter it twice. I figured this out after finally reading the error message that my membership number entries didn't match. I was told to use my eligible membership number even though the room is booked through a different membership. That didn't work. I ended up using the membership number that was associated with the reservation. It took FOREVER to get from one screen to the next. I actually received the confirmation email a few minutes before it went to the confirmation screen. Good luck to all of you on 9/13. I've been up since 5am CST because I needed to book our SWA flights too. I either need a glass of wine or a nap. Maybe both...

I don't understand why Disney/DVC puts it's DVC owners through this over and over again??? It's a slap in the face and for some reason we continue to put up with it. NOT NICE DISNEY!

Interestingly enough, my email confirmation has the Epcot Moonlight Magic logo on it.
