moonlight magic registration

in order to register on the first available date it says you have to be in a disney resort. does that mean only dvc resorts or any disney resort. i am a dvc member but had to do a split due to no availability. on the night of moonlight magic this spring i'll be in a non dvc resort but on property

It's supposed to be any Disney Resort. They messed up big time with the registration for the current MK event and those not staying at a DVC resort had to call to get registered.

Hi I am not sure if anyone can answer this question for me , but here it goes....we arrive at 8:00pm to MCO formour stay at Kidani, the AK moonlight is on that evening too. Do you know if they let in late comers if our plane is late arriving?
