Does it work the same way? I’m going to the one in the 21st at AK and trying to decide what I might expect in terms of being able to use since I wont be going until the event begins..

Also, can the food voucher be used prior to start time?

I don't know about DAS but we used the voucher prior to the event time. I'd recommend doing this because the line can get quite long later.

Thanks. If it can be used earlier, we may plan to go earlier. My guests may stay longer than I do depending on the waits. I am specifically thinking of the Nai River Journey.

While I haven't done it I don't see why you would have to be together once you have your wristbands.

Thanks again. The group is diverse and some are bigger fans of AK than others. Personally, not my favorite at all, and typically skip it, but wasn’t missing out on a MM event!

Our family attended MM Hollywood studios in 2018, so it's been a while. My son uses DAS and he was able to get a return time for Slinky Dog during moonlight magic. We redeemed our food voucher before MM start time, I am thinking 6pm-ish.

Thank you! Good to hear! Honestly, I’ll only do the River Journey and FestiVal of Lion King anyway, but getting DAS for River was the one I figured would be needed.

No DAS during special events (which includes MM and any paid after hours events). It's only available during regular park operating hours.

That's not normal. We've never been able to use the DAS outside of normal park operating hours.

Slinky dog was the ride with the long wait and I do remember getting a return time but that was 2018, just reporting what happened for us that one night.
The good thing is moonlight magic usually has extremely low wait times for rides.
Maybe Sandi will give us a report of her experience at AK.

I used my DAS at the DCA one for the Racers. I asked at the Kiosk and the cast member scanned to give me a return time less the 10 minutes per normal. And it was based on my word since since scanned the MM ticket and not my AP where that information is.

And yes, we have always used our voucher before the parties start.

They were not doing DAS at River Journey. Everyone was entering through the FP line.l.they just checked your bracelets. It was pretty cold and I ended up not doing anything else as Festival of Lion King wasnt available and FOP was 45 minutes when I was there. Since they told me they weren’t doing, I didn’t try the Others, but my guess is It would have been the same for all
