Can you get the Maine lobster with sautéed mushrooms appetizer at Monsieur Paul if you are on the Deluxe dining plan?

I don't believe there are any appetizer exclusions on the deluxe dining plan unless you were trying to order something intended for two diners and you only had one deluxe credit to use or if you tried to order that and an additional appetizer using two credits.
