The monorail hotels are which exactly?
I know the CR but which others?

We have been looking at switching to CR because of the monorail. Last night dh said he also likes the look of the Poly.

Also, Can you get to each of the parks using the monorail or do you have to bus to some?

Thanks:wizard:

The monorail hotels are CR, Poly & GF. The monorail goes to MK & Epcot - separate trains. There is the resort monorail that goes to TTC, Poly, GF, MK, & then CR back to the TTC, etc. - (a continuous loop) this one takes you to MK. To get to Epcot you would take the resort monorail to the TTC then switch to the Epcot monorail.

We just got back from the Poly and the really neat thing about the Poly is the TTC is right next door so instead of taking the resort monorail to the TTC (which would be the 4th stop) you can walk and hop on the Epcot monorail. This really cuts the trip to Epcot significantly. We did this once the second time we took the monorail from the Poly to the TTC and then boarded another monorail to Epcot - the kids loved loved the monorail so they wanted a longer ride and less walking.

There is also an express monorail that does not stop to pick up resort guests - it goes only from the TTC to MK and back. If you're switching because of the monorail and don't mind that the Poly is more expensive then CR I would definitely choose the Poly.

Heres my little review of the Poly and some pics if you want to look at! http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1604409

Sorry its Ticket & Transportation Center is near the MK where people board the the monorail, ferryboat to get to MK. It also has various buses - MGM & AK or Lynx (Fl public transportation). Its mostly used by people visiting the MK for the day who park in the MK parking lot (usually those staying in offsite hotels, locals, those not staying at a disney resort) then they go to the TTC and board the monorail, ferryboat to get to the MK. People onsite who ride the disney transportation to the MK bypass the TTC.
