Monorails/Buses after MK Closing

We have a late dinner at Ohana one night on our upcoming May trip. We will be at the MK before that and will head over to the Poly for dinner. I'm figuring our dinner won't be finished until probably 30 or 40 minutes after MK closes. Will we still be able to take the monorail back to the MK and catch a bus to CBR? Or will we need to plan on using Uber or a taxi? I know the buses continue to run from MK until an hour after park closing or so, but I wasn't sure if we'd be able to get back to the MK from the Poly at that time of night.

Technically buses, monorail, etc do not take guests back to a closing park but they do take guests back there to get cars from the parking lot.

The CMs will say that you need to go to Disney Springs (DtD) to change to a bus for a different resort.

I have never observed monorail operation at that hour but it is possible that, at the Magic Kingdom stop, the doors may open only on one side.
