This is cd&kids 10 year old daughter. In the contemperary the monorail goes through but, yet there are really no bugs or birds around. Why doesn't it have any animals or bugs?

Occasionally there are birds. At the building entrances the monorail passes through an air curtain. An air curtain is a strong fan blowing air straight down. It will normally keep out bugs and small birds.
