i am staying at port orleans and want to ride the monorail?
what is the best way to get on it i was thinking of going to epcot and catch it there any beter ways would be great.

Do you want to ride the monorail to any particular destination/park? Sometimes we just get on at the MK and do the loop there. Other times we get on at MK, switch monorails at the TTC and ride over to EPCOT and/or vice versa. Not too many choices unfortunately.

I would suggest riding around the resort loop from the MK in the evening when everything is lit up! Perhaps just off and look around at some (all) of the resorts. One trip we watched the fireworks from the last car on the monorail and had it completely to ourselves. It made for a great memory!

If you start or end at Epcot (or anywhere else, for that matter!) be sure to ask to sit in the front! It's a great long ride with a magical view! :)

When asking to ride up in the front (which, by the way is limited to 4 people), if they tell you it's full, ask to wait for the next train. It's only a 5 minute wait, and well worth it.

When I was a monorail pilot, tons of people would ask to ride up front, but when it was already taken, very few were willing to wait the 5 minutes for the next train. Then they'd complain that they'd been there 5 days, and never were able to get up front. It's probably the shortest line at Disney, and very well worth it.

I agree with Tyler, it is worth the wait.

I would goto EPCOT and ride it to TTC then do the resort loop and back again. Night rides are the best.
