Can I use the monorail to go from Epcot (actually the Boardwalk Inn) to the Transportation and Ticket Center and then transfer to the Contemporary WITHOUT requiring park admission to Epcot or MK? I do not have park hopper privileges so I could not enter both parks on the same day. We are going to the Contemporary for Chef Mickeys breakfast.

Thanks for your help!!

From the Boardwalk you should take the Magic Kingdom bus and when you get to the MK you can either monorail over to the Contemporary or take the ten minute walk over. There is no need to enter the park so you would not use a park admission.
Buses start running one hour before theme park opening. If you are going earlier than that Disney provides breakfast buses from all their resorts. They start running around 45 minutes before the earliest scheduled breakfast for that day. Just be at your resort bus stop 45 minutes prior to your reservation in case you just miss a bus. Note that if you take the breakfast bus the driver might be able to drop you off right at the Contemporary. Just tell the driver when you board that you are going to Chef Mickey's.

If you want to go directly to the Epcot monorail station, you would have to walk through Epcot. Since the International Gateway to the World Showcase section is walking distance or a short boat ride from the Boardwalk, I don't believe Disney offers bus service from Boardwalk to the main entrance at Future World (where the monorail station is). It's probably at least a 30 minute walk from the Boardwalk through Epcot to the Monorail station.

I would do what wdwgoofeeee recommended and take the MK bus. It's about a 10 minute walk from the MK bus stop to the Contemporary. If you want to get a monorail ride in, after Chef Mickey's you could take the monorail to the TTC and then to Epcot for the day.
