Monorail Stops?

Hi!
Can someone please tell me what the stops are on the monorail?
For example, if I got on at the Grand Floridian, what order are the other stops before I end up at the Grand again?
(the reason I ask is we hope to have drinks at GF Minzers before dinner at Contemporary California Grill and trying to plan how much time I'll need to get from one to other)

If you got on at GF, you'd then go to MK, then Cont, then TTC, then Poly and then GF again!
