Monorail routes

Trying to find out info on the monorail routes. I know that the monorail goes to MK, Poly, Contemporary, Grand Floridian and Epcot, but how are they "connected"? For example, can I take the monorail from Epcot to Grand Floridian directly or do I have to take it to the TTC and then transfer, or to MK and transfer. Have been looking for answers to no avail. Any help out there?!

There are three monorail lines.

Two of them circle around Seven Seas Lagoon. The clockwise line is the resort monorail that stops at MK, CR, TTC, Poly, GF, and MK. The counter-clockwise line is the express monorail that only stops at the TTC and MK. It does pass through the resorts, but does not stop at them.

The third line runs TTC to Epcot. TTC is the transfer point if you want to get from Epcot to MK or any of the above resorts.
