Monorail route map?

searched disney for a map,

does anyone know of a map of the route the mono rail takes? boarding areas and stops?

One leg goes from the Ticket and Transportation to Magic Kingdom and back.
Another leg goes from the Ticket and Transportation Center to EPCOT and back.
The resort loop goes from Magic Kingdom, to the Contemporary, the Ticket and Transportation Center, the Polynesian, and the Grand Floridian.
