Monorail resorts to corrals question

I've never stayed at a monorail resort for the races....do you need to use the epcot monorail to the corrals or are there busses?
and getting back to the resorts, monorail or the busses?

Monorail resorts do not offer buses; the monorail is the only way to get TO the race. There are buses for getting back, and they are frankly the easiest because they are right there at the finish. You'd have to walk a bit to the monorail.

Yep! I'm staying at BLT for Marathon Weekend, so I'll be doing just that!

Last Marathon, I stayed at Poly, and it was soooo nice to walk to the TTC and just hop on the monorail. It couldn't have taken me more than 15 minutes from leaving my room to disembarking the monorail at Epcot.

Yep! I'm staying at BLT for Marathon Weekend, so I'll be doing just that!

Last Marathon, I stayed at Poly, and it was soooo nice to walk to the TTC and just hop on the monorail. It couldn't have taken me more than 15 minutes from leaving my room to disembarking the monorail at Epcot.

We will be at BLT as well!! Can't wait for Dopey!!

In the past, the monorail has only been available for half/full marathon and buses are used for the 5k and 10k for all resorts.

That's right! I usually only do the half or thr marathon because I come down on Thursday for Marathon Weekend!

Also wanted to pull out the mention that this is only for the Half/Full distances.

For 5K and 10K you take the bus.
