Where would you go for lunch or dinner? All suggestions and opinions welcome!

There is no shortage of good options, especially for dinner.
California Grills, Kona Cafe, Ohana, The Wave, Citrico's, Narcoose's.... all generally get good to very very good reviews.

I've done California Grill and Narcoose's, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

For TS we like Kona. We haven't done breakfast but they are good for lunch or dinner.
We also like 'Ohana, but only for breakfast. We didn't care for our one and only dinner there.

California Grill is a great choice for a signature restaurant. Great view.
Narcoossee's is also nice and has a pretty good view of the fireworks as well.

For CS we like Gasparilla Grill and Games at GF. They cook most of their food to order (except at breakfast) and they are open pretty late for a quick bite after the parks close (limited menu late night). Since they do prepare things to order you may end up waiting longer than normal. We like to grab some sandwiches for our plane trip home here. Their Italian Meat Sandwich is pretty good as is their Roast Beef ( I don't see the Bleu Cheese Roast Beef on the menu any longer). When we get it to go I have the wet seasonings on the side. (I hate a soggy sandwich). They also have a nice dessert selection.

We have also eaten at Capt. Cook's at Poly. Maybe we were there on an off night. Our flatbread was just so-so and the noodle dish was mushy. However, the serve yourself Dole Whips (a dessert or SC on DDP) is worth it! And you can enjoy the fireworks from the beach after eating.;)

We haven't done any TS at GF so I can't comment on that but I've heard the GF is pretty good.

HTH.

Lunch:

Contempo Cafe at Contemporary is pretty good. Always wanted to try GF Cafe, but never made it over there.

Dinner:
California Grill (CR) is one of our favorites, as is 'Ohana (Poly). We've never been, but Wave (CR), Citricos (GF), and Narcoossee's (GF) are on our list of places to try one of these days.

Kona has become a must do for us. Next trip we will go there for dinner on our last night at WDW.

We went to the Wave for dinner on 8/21 and the meal was excellent. There are no windows in the restaurant and the lights are turned down a bit low. Worked for us since we had been in the sun all day at MK but it may not be for everyone. It is a place I would definitely return to!

For breakfast or lunch, the Grand Floridian Café is my favorite. For dinner, I like California Grill the most. If you want something more casual, the Kona Café has good food, though not much atmosphere. We're trying Citricos for the first time on our upcoming trip, so California Grill may have some competition soon.

Lunch - Konas, love it for lunch. We really dont eat in MK, so this has been a great lunch place.

Dinner - Citricos, CG is the popular place, but Citricos is so good. Great food, Great service and a nice quiet dining experience.
