Monorail Refurb

We were at the Poly in May last year and the monorail was on a modified schedule which was published. Right now Disney's site says it may be on a modified schedule through the end of Feb but doesn't say what that schedule is. Anyone know what the changes are. Are they mostly done with the refurb and this is just for random maintenance issues or is there more refurb work coming?
