Monorail playset

I had no idea where to post this question....maybe the transportation board?

I just got the monorail playset to go around my Disney themed tree, but it won't go forward or backwards. The sounds are on, the headlights are green and the light on top is flashig red...but it won't move. Am I doing something wrong???

I believe there is another switch to make it move forward or backward. The sound switch is on the top, the move switch is on the side of the 1st cab. Hope this help.

Wen
