Nice gif Franklin!(after reading your trip report I see that it's called a cinemagraph, how did you capture them?! They're all so cool, I wish I could print it out and hang it in my home!)
Thank you so much! It's a combination of a photo and a video. The photo being everything that is motionless and the video for just that parts that are moving. It's done in Photoshop, frame by frame.
Yeah, I'm trying to figure a way to put it on a wall too. Maybe a digital photo frame that supports gifs or videos.
